The basic requirement of ultrasonic cleaning is that the object to be cleaned needs to be immersed in the cleaning liquid. When ultrasonic waves travel through the liquid, they create millions of microscopic bubbles on the surface of the object. This phenomenon is called cavitation.

It seems only appropriate to begin Ralsonics’ blog with hospital ultrasonic cleaners considering this is the first product made by Ralsonics when it started manufacturing in 1973.
